คู่มือการ Config Email Notification บนอุปกรณ์ NAS Synology

Synology Firmware DSM ใน Version ใหม่ๆจะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนในส่วนการ Config Email Notification ของ gmail ครับ ทำให้เวลามี Alert เกิดขึ้น มันไม่แจ้งมาที่ Mail Box เรา

แก้ตามนี้...

ตัวอย่าง ผมสมัคร gmail account ขึ้นมาใหม่ครับ ต้องอนุญาติให้แอปสามารถเข้าถึง mail

เข้า บัญชี Google




--> ความปลอดภัย




--> เปิดการเข้าถึงของแอปที่มีความปลอดภัยน้อย






เข้าไปที่หน้า Manage ของ Synology --> Notification --> Email

ใส่รายละเอียดต่างๆตามรูปครับ




Recipient's email address: คือเมล์ที่จะให้ Synology ส่งไปหา
Service provider: Custom SMTP server
SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP port: 587
Authentication required: ใส่ email/password ของ gmail ที่เราสมัครไว้
Secure conncrtion (SSL/TLS) is required
Sender name: ใส่ชื่อ
Sender email: ใส่ email address ให้ตรงกับ Username gmail

Click [Apply] จากนั้นก็ลอง Send a test email




เลือก Event กรณีที่ต้องการให้ส่ง email




สำหรับ User ที่ใช้ Download Station ในการโหลด Bittorrent และต้องการให้มี Email Notification เวลาโหลดเสร็จแล้วครับ

ที่มุมขวาบน Click ที่ User --> Personal




Email Account --> Add




เลือก Google




ใส่ Gmail ที่สมัครไว้




Click [Authenticate] จะขึ้นหน้าจอ gmail ให้ใส่ User/Password ให้ถูกต้อง




ถ้าใส่ข้อมูลถูกต้อง จะขึ้น Authentication successful






เข้าที่ App Download manager --> Setting --> Notification

เลือก Enable email notifications
From: email ผู้ส่ง
Recipients: ผู้รับ

Click [Send a test message]
